Our contracted therapy services provide a familiar face for your residents. This consistency of care results in improved patient compliance and outcomes. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services along with full management oversight of the rehab department.

- Quarterly screening is completed to help identify potential areas that therapy can address before they become problems that may lead to a patient decline or fall.
- Our therapists utilize best-practice industry assessments at the start, during and at the end of therapy to help track our patients’ improvements and outcomes. Our patients often obtain substantial improvements in general mobility, balance, and independence with ADLs, which all help to prevent falls and provide a better quality of life.
- We strive to partner with community staff and provide education to the caregivers during and after therapy. Our residents are transitioned to a Home Exercise Program or Functional Maintenance Program with caregiver assistance when needed. We work to ensure that all facility staff involved in their care feel comfortable with their specific needs at the time of therapy discharge.
- Our team can provide an individualized approach to cognitive care that is unique to each resident. We identify which learning strategies the resident can currently retain. Based on this information we then create an individualized plan of care that helps promote patient independence and train caregiver staff to support those capabilities.
